Mission Statement:

Our bottom line is we take pride in our work and our customer relations. We believe in being honest and upfront with all who we service. We understand the frustration and confusion in this industry, and we go the extra mile to do what we can at answering questions and help to lead our customers in the right direction without taking advantage of them. We, unlike some other places, would rather approach repairs with a surgical method rather than a sledge-hammer approach, meaning we would rather fix the problem then suggesting to the customer that they must start all over and invest more of their time and energy into something that they have already done once, and most of the time is not needed.

We operate our business differently than most other computer repair shops and our customers love it. We get most of our customers by referrals and we do little advertising and will continue to do what is best for all our customers in the years to come.
